I ordered the sympathy gift over the phone. The staff was so efficient and pleasant. I was worried about whether or not the gift would arrive in time for the funeral services. I had a 3 day lead time. Even with personalizing the gift, I was assured it would arrive in time. I will see the gift this weekend. I'm sure it will be lovely. I ordered this blanket on February 27 at 10:30 a.m. At 2:00 p.m. I received e-mail that it had been shipped to North Carolina. It was delivered on March 02. What wonderful service. The tapestry was beautiful and the embroidery was a perfect touch to a wonderful gift. I needed it to be delivered to a funeral home and the customers services rep called me to make sure they had the correct date and made sure it got there on time. You don't find that kind of customer service any more!! I will be ordering from them again!

My family has sent this throw as a gift many times. We have always been pleased with the product and the company. Our most recent order was the best yet- after wanting to change the message on our note, I was able to call and the staff was more than helpful in getting my message changed in a timely manner! I ordered a Sympathy Throw around 11:00 a.m. and later got notification that it would be sent out that day which was earlier than even promised. As this was a group gift a late contributor expressed an interest in going in on it so I called Keepsake's Customer Service Number and they actually were able to retrieve the package, unwrap it, insert a new card to include the additional contributor and still sent it out the same day as ordered. The Sympathy Throw arrived the very next day to our friend in another state. I could not ask for better service, and their willingness to retrieve and unwrap the package to accomodate for the late contributor's participation speaks volumes as to their outstanding customer service.



This is about the 5th time I have purchased from them, and will continue to do so in the future. They are an awesome company to order from!

Keepsakes Etc throws can be embroidered with personalized information to celebrate special events. Each line of embroidery is $7.50 per line up to 26 characters including punctuation and spacing. Special characters, left and right bracket cannot be used.  

Embroidery for throws not currently set up on the product page may be entered into the comment box on the second page of the order form in the checkout cart. The embroidery fee will be added to your order, or you may place your order by phone. For special requests please call 888-815-3455.  

We use a traditional three letter monogram for fleece blankets…
